Home addition in Surrey

 

Project Description

We did a lot of work on this large home addition in Surrey. We created a new garage, an above garage suite, a new master bedroom and office. The old garage was converted into a rec room. In the end, we more than doubled the square footage of the home and because of this, we had to get the City to change the zoning so that the homeowners could have a larger house. This project was started in 2016 and only recently completed.
